If the SM/SSR decides to further explore or pursue a potential business relationship, he or she may provide additional information and procedures, as appropriate.

Your initial communication with Albertsons should include a short background about your company, including such information as its size and location, geographic distribution points, a description of the company's primary business, your company's diversity and corporate responsibility programs, and a current listing of retail accounts in which your product is retailed
