Instructions

To present a new item, pack change or size change to Safeway, complete the Electronic New Item Form (eNIF)    

(Please ONLY access the eNIF site with Internet Explorer. May not be compatible with other browsers)

For Additional Forms including Vendor Maintenance, DSD Cost Changes and Nutritional and Ingredient Forms review the Additional Forms section.

For Technical Support, call the Safeway Service Desk at 623-869-5304.  When prompted, use the customer number 400100 and then press #.

For Process or eNIF Application Support, review the Support section below or contact your Consumer Demand Representative.

This form provides our Procurement Specialists with the information needed for order placement and transmission. One form per origin ship-point must be submitted. This form also provides Consumer Demand an additional section to request new WIMSUBs.
For Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Items:

DSD Vendor Maintenance Form –revised 1/3/05
The Vendor Maintenance Form is used by the vendor to communicate any upcoming changes in the vendor’s service area and/or changes in the vendor’s terms.

Item Cost Changes – revised 7/30/03
The Vendor Cost Change form is used by the vendor to communicate any upcoming cost changes with the effective dates of those changes.
